All Virtual Tours Include:

1. 1-4 360° views and 1-30 still shots.

2. High quality 360° panorama images with Nikon Digital SLR camera and fisheye lens using 6 shots per room for the best possible quality available today - No "ONE Shot" system.

3. Large viewing area for both still shots and 360° views and option of full screen view for 360° panorama shots.

4. Custom skin using your own logo, personal picture, colors, and contact information with links to your email and website.

5. Links to Google Earth, Google Maps, GIS Mohave County Interactive Map viewer by Parcel Tax ID#.

6. Clickable "hotspots" in image to move from room to room for 360° views.

7. Slideshow of still shots divided by room or area of house with the option of descriptions for each photo.

8. Full description of property and printable "brochure."

9. Background music - two choices: country or easy listening. If you would like to add your own music for all of your own tours you can purchase a single song for either $7 at stock20.com or $15-20 at http://shockwave-sound.com/

10. I will try and incorporate H.D.R. (high dynamic range) into your 360° daytime shots - Translation = Instead of the windows being completely white with sunshine, you will actually be able to see the outside view like the human eye sees it. Example - Look through the windows in the living room and dining room in the image above (with any other tour provider the windows would be glared out.) This is not guaranteed but I will try my best to do it in rooms where it is beneficial.

11. Proper exposure of still shots and 360° views. This is taken for granted but one of the most important features.

Optional Features:

1. Interactive floor plans allowing users to see where in the house the 360° view is taking place. The view in the image matches the view on the floor plan. This is very helpful in buyers being able to get a feel for the floor plan and house. Example - Click Here. Pricing for this option is by  custom quote only but will be around $50 for standard homes. If you already have a floor plan of the property I can incorporate it into the tour for free.

2. Additional 360° views or still shots - 360 shots are $15 extra per scene and still shots are $10 for 1-5 extra and $15 for 6-10 extra and $20 11-20 extra. (included in standard price is up to 4 360 views and 30 still shots.)

3. Hosting for virtual tour beyond 1 year from completion of tour. Hosting beyond a 1 year time period will be $2 per month or $20 per year.
