Rates for Residential Home Virtual Tours
Introductory Rates for ALL New Realtor Accounts created through
May 31, 2009:
$79.00 for homes listed under $250,999 - Rate includes up to
Three 360° Images -
One
of which can be a H.D.R. image if necessary, 15-20 high quality still
images, customized player/viewer with your logo, colors, and contact
information, hosting for virtual tour for up to 2 years which allows you to link
from your personal website and sites like Craigslist.org
$109 for homes listed above $251,000 - Rate includes up to
Six 360° Images -
Two of which can be a H.D.R. image if
necessary, 25-30 high quality still images, customized player/viewer with
your logo, colors, and contact information, hosting for virtual tour for up to 2
years which allows you to link from your personal website and sites like
Craigslist.org
NOTE - Rates do not include posting virtual tour
to Realtor.com as they charge $19.99 for each tour linked to a posting. It is
"Free" if you are have a "Showcase
Listing Enhancement" subscription. I simply pass that fee on and do not
charge any extra surcharges.
Commercial Business Virtual Tour & Still Photography Rates

Optional Features:
1. Interactive floor plans allowing users to see where in the
house the 360° view is taking place. The view in the
image matches the view on the floor plan. This is very helpful in buyers
being able to get a feel for the floor plan and house. Example -

Pricing for this option is by custom quote only. If you already have a floor plan of the property I can
incorporate it into the tour for free.
2. Additional 360° views or still shots - 360 shots are $20
extra per scene and still shots are $15 for 1-5 extra and $25 for 6-10 extra and
$35 11-20 extra.
3. Hosting for virtual tour beyond 2 year
from completion of tour. Hosting beyond a 2 year time period will be $2 per
month or $20 per year. |
